My feline Guru always reminds me that the two phrases that one should use the most often in life are “thank you,” and “I love you.”
The internal states that these sentiments create, reinforce, and support (when they are honestly expressed) are necessary for good heart, mind, and relationship health.
“Thank you,” and “I Love you” create and maintain consistent peace and well-being when they are felt and shared on a regular basis.
Be sure to always appreciate all that is good with/in your life.
