This course is a creative reflection exercise designed to support you with drawing higher insight from within that you can then take back into your life to impact positive change in your everyday experience.
The course/project facilitates a fun and accessible form of artistic expression that supports you with gaining deeper connection with your Truth and with your Higher Self-awareness.
To get the full benefits of this exercise, you will be tasked with making a 21-day commitment (as is typical with most short-term Sadhana projects).
It is best if your 21 days are consecutive, but please understand that you can also go at your own pace as you feel inspired to do so (as long as you make a commitment to finish this practice once you have started, and you still maintain your daily Sadhana practice each day as a requirement for success on your Eight-Limbed Path).
