This course provides a short, simple, and clear overview of what meditation is, its purpose, structure, and logistics, and is designed to prepare you for our live meditation classes as well as provide you with a simple guideline that you can use to engage in your own personal meditation practice.

The information-based course will take approximately two hours to complete for a basic meditation practice foundation, and will include additional hours of bonus practice materials.

Your main learning for this course will occur in class and on your own via homework, and through your own personal Sadhana routine.

To get the most out of your meditation practice, keep a regular schedule and a journal, until it is simply a natural part of your life.

  • Yoga mat, rug, or body sized blanket.
