Do you want to deepen the effectiveness of your Yoga practice and to do so in a way that is safe and meaningful for your unique body, mind, and spirit? Join me for personal (one-on-one) Alignment and Restoration Classes* each week for 3 months.

Self-Regulation, Alignment, & Resiliency Practice

Asana practice can be a highly effective way to improve your health, reduce pain in your body, and to create strength that provides greater balance, mobility, and resilience in/for your everyday life.

But even beyond these incredible benefits, Asana practice can also be the foundational tool that empowers healing, control, and coordination in your neurological and emotional systems (as well as all of the other vital body systems that support your overall health and well-being since your body-mind is, in truth, one unit).

This healing, control, and coordination of individual parts and sections of your physical-emotional-mental being can then be integrated to create the optimal conditions for you to graduate to mastery of higher limbs of practice on the Eightfold Path.

But it is only mastering all of the limbs of practice that creates the most optimal results in your life.

Our classes will be focused on supporting you with integrating all limbs of the Eightfold Path into your life and practice in a structured, systematic, and meaningful way.

Join me for 12 weeks of one-on-one personalized Self-Alignment & Restoration Classes designed to empower you with strengthening the healing and intelligence of your body-mind and purifying your connection to your spirit.

We will meet weekly for 3 months to work on balancing your neurological system and developing the skills required to effectively regulate your physical/emotional/mental being to effectively manage and utilize your spiritual energy for greater health and higher connection.

This program is designed to empower you to create the solid foundation upon which you can truly master the lower limbs of your practice and get your body/breath under full enough control to advance to, and achieve success in, the higher limbs on your Yogic Path.

All classes are Trauma-Informed and open to all levels of practitioners. You must be a Full Student Member of this community to apply.
