Fostering humility is one of the best ways to begin dissolving the ego.

Although some people’s ego is one that is “self-deprecating,” and some people do hold the feeling of not being “enough” (of one thing or another), most ego delusion, even when seemingly tainted with thoughts of lack or “inferiority,” are centered on maintaining an over-importance of any given body-mind.

Strive to loosen your over-identification with your body-mind with time.

And, as always, just keep practicing, aligning, and moving forward.
