No one can get your mind into the right place except you.
The work required to do so may not always be easy, but the work is necessary if you intend to grow, heal, and/or get better.
Be gentle with yourself, but take ownership of yourself, your thoughts, words, and actions, and do your best not to release, or cope with, your stress or negativity in harmful ways.
Work on self-regulation and self-management, and seek out tools, professionals, and processes that will help you to better release your pain, anger, hurt, disappointments, and other mental and emotional tensions in productive and healthy ways.
Whether it is through Yoga, meditation, dancing, therapy, singing, drawing or anything else, do what you need to do in order to get yourself together for your sake and for the sake of those around you.
Your peace and happiness can only begin within you, and you can create both of these things if you make the choice and effort!
