How To “Always Be Practicing”

Almost any everyday activity can become a meditative practice if one participates in it consciously and with full presence and awareness. Remember this the next time that you are in the shower.

Always be practicing as much as possible, and remember that even simply observing your thoughts, feelings, and emotions without judgment is a meditation in and of itself.
