Although consistent progressive action will build strength and resilience in your Yoga practice, excessive repetitive poses and movements can be damaging to your body’s ligaments, tendons, muscles, nerves, and bones over time.

Always be sure that you add healthy variety to your asana routines and that you practice poses and flows that encourage a full and safe range of motion/movement for the most effective and beneficial outcomes in your Yoga practice.

And, as always, just keep practicing, aligning, and moving forward.
