Allow your practice of the Eight Limbs of Yoga to bend you into alignment with your True Self by twisting you out of any tense, distorted, or limited shape of body, identity, and/or mind.

Maintain enough flexibility mentally/intellectually, spiritually, emotionally, and physically to bend and change with the waves and winds of life with greater and greater ease by living in the constant tranquility and silence of your True Self.
