If you seek Truth outside of you, look for undistorted knowledge, and rely on direct experience as validation or rejection of any observed information.

Verify all external data (and internal hypotheses) using your higher intellect, or Buddhi Mind.

And remember that opinions that come from outside of you, or that you hold within you, are subject to change based on new information and perspectives.

The Truth, however, is eternal and never changes.

Always set your foundation for understanding yourself, Self, and the world on what is True and eternal.
