Whether you complete a full aerobic workout or Yoga Asana routine, stretch just a little, dance, or take a short walk, even for 15 minutes a day, you are contributing to the maintenance of your optimal health, functioning, and well-being. And engaging in any act of personal-self care is valuable for your safe journey ahead, reducing a number of different unnecessary distractions that can turn into obstacles on your inner path.
