Here Is What You Need to Know In Order To Get Started With Our Live And/Or Self-Paced Guided Yoga And Meditation Lessons:

You must be a Student to attend live classes. In order to preserve the flow and integrity of our Live sessions (email will be sent indicating whether any given class is Live), all group and one-on-one lessons begin at their designated time, and our Zoom Room will be available for early sign-in 15 minutes before class begins, giving you time to get ready for our meeting. Please note that the meeting room will be closed to all newcomers at the class start time, so don’t be late!

How To Join A Live Class:

  1. All Traditional Students and Live Personalized Alignment And Restoration Class Members (one-on-one students) will have access to class links. Student Subscribers also have additional access to Meditation classes as well as other Live, Streamed, and/or Self-Paced Guided Prompts With Assignment in addition to Satsang meetings (which all students can attend).
  2. Use the designated link on our designated meeting calendar pages to join a class, keeping in mind that our Zoom meeting room opens up for you to get comfortably settled in 15 minutes before class begins.
  3. Show up for class.
  4. Use your 15-minute pre-class time to grab your equipment (a Yoga mat and a journal are all you will need for most classes, but each class description will note if additional materials are required), get/drink water, use the bathroom, turn off all distractions in your environment, and be ready to begin when class starts.

As noted above, in addition to group classes, I offer personalized, one-on-one Yoga and Meditation Training/Coaching support services. All students who wish to receive individualized empowerment and support on their Yogic Journey outside of their designated class or program meetings are eligible to seek one-on-one coaching.

I also support students on their pathway towards healing after trauma and/or while navigating through transitions to make the necessary transformation in themselves and their lives to create the right conditions for lasting joy and liberation.
