The Fourth Limb on the Eightfold Path of Yoga is solely focused on the breath, and, therefore, this limb of practice is centered on the expansion of one’s life-force energy for the purposes of body-mind balance, understanding, connection, and well-being.

And since mastery over managing, freeing, and expanding your breath/life-force energy is so vital for cultivating full physical and mental/emotional well-being, it is essential that you gain competency in this limb of practice in order to secure your success on your spiritual journey and in your achievement of Self-Realization and Liberation in this lifetime.

This course provides you with an overview of the importance of breath health and mastery, and offers a powerful set of exercises that teach you essential skills/techniques to use when developing and maintaining a successful Pranayama practice.
