Our classes will be focused on supporting you with integrating key limbs on your Eight-Limbed Path in a structured, systematic, and meaningful way that creates optimal results and targeted effectiveness.
Join me for 12 weeks of personalized Self-Alignment & Restoration Classes, integrated with our foundational courses, designed to empower you with strengthening the healing and intelligence of your body-mind and purifying your connection to your spirit.
We will meet weekly for 3 months to work on balancing your neurological system and developing the skills required to effectively regulate your physical/emotional/mental being to effectively manage and utilize your spiritual energy for greater health and higher connection.
This program is designed to empower you to create the solid foundation upon which you can truly get your body/breath under full enough control to advance to, and achieve success in, the higher limbs of your Yoga practice.
All classes are Trauma-Informed and require a prerequisite exam. You must be an admitted Student to enroll.
